to demonstrate some<br \/>\nspecial use cases where organizations<br \/>\nare using the aprova to provide program<br \/>\nvisibility into organizational metrics<br \/>\nand so uh this is one that&#8217;s specific I<br \/>\nwould say primarily in the financial<br \/>\nindustry but you can apply to lots of<br \/>\ndifferent Industries so let me be clear<br \/>\nMia Prova has absolutely no relationship<br \/>\nwith Bank of America I&#8217;m using it<br \/>\nbecause they&#8217;re down the street for me<br \/>\nand I think it demonstrates this use<br \/>\ncase nicely but again no relationship<br \/>\nwith Bank of America no clue if they&#8217;re<br \/>\ndoing this but I suspect that they<br \/>\nprobably might be so testing teams at<br \/>\nBank of America have lots of different<br \/>\ngoals they probably have testing<br \/>\nprograms targeted to unknown traffic to<br \/>\nprospects to different types of<br \/>\ncustomers and there&#8217;s varying success<br \/>\nevents but one that probably spans a lot<br \/>\nof the different uh road maps is new new<br \/>\naccounts account completes that sort of<br \/>\nthing for all of their tests that are<br \/>\ntargeted to prospects and so what in Mia<br \/>\nProvo what such a financial industry<br \/>\nwould do is they would go into our admin<br \/>\nCouncil within here they go to test<br \/>\nsetup and I should add Mia Prova as part<br \/>\nof onboarding we work with you all to<br \/>\nDefine<br \/>\nwhat what program metrics make the most<br \/>\nsense and so this is one that we often<br \/>\nuse with a financial industry so a lot<br \/>\nof here it&#8217;s different configurations in<br \/>\ndifferent settings within Mia Provo but<br \/>\nI&#8217;m scrolling down to test metrics so<br \/>\nlet me just add in a new one and this<br \/>\nwill be application uh application I can<br \/>\ntype application completes<br \/>\nokay application completes and we&#8217;re<br \/>\ngoing to make this an engagement goal we<br \/>\nare going to make it an amount and then<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re going to do total sum and then hit<br \/>\nadd so now this is a<br \/>\na metric that is available for us when<br \/>\nwe archive activities okay so the<br \/>\nprogram overview this is where all the<br \/>\nactivities live when when they are<br \/>\narchived you can see here there&#8217;s zero<br \/>\nthey haven&#8217;t been added but we have 14<br \/>\nactivities that have been archived and<br \/>\ncollectively this was their program<br \/>\nimpact against the different<br \/>\norganizational metrics you can refine<br \/>\nbased off of locations and all that<br \/>\nwonderful stuff as for those of you<br \/>\nfamiliar with the<br \/>\num the program overview page but I&#8217;m<br \/>\nquickly going to jump over to manage<br \/>\ntickets awaiting summary<br \/>\nso I&#8217;ve got all of these tickets within<br \/>\nhere so let me just grab this one<br \/>\nand so we have all of the ticket<br \/>\nmetadata that&#8217;s available<br \/>\nagain that could be customizable as<br \/>\nneeded we can we&#8217;ve got the the data<br \/>\nfrom Adobe Target uh within here<br \/>\num any commentary the day by day graph<br \/>\nbut I could say the learning uh<br \/>\nuh visitors<br \/>\nthis is fake so visitors respond well<br \/>\nto get started<br \/>\nversus start now<br \/>\nand you know you put in additional<br \/>\ncommentary<br \/>\nthe location you can say a home page the<br \/>\noutcome let me say this was a<br \/>\nsignificant win any analysis<br \/>\num but then we go over here here&#8217;s all<br \/>\nof our particular metrics I&#8217;ll add<br \/>\napplication complaints and let&#8217;s just<br \/>\nsay we have<br \/>\n125. so this would be the net so what<br \/>\nwhat some Financial organizations are<br \/>\ndoing in Mia Prova is is looking at the<br \/>\nDelta Mia Prova will automatically grab<br \/>\nthe data and let&#8217;s say this was the<br \/>\nDelta here and we wanted to just<br \/>\ncalculate okay 125 what have you so<br \/>\nwe&#8217;ll automatically grab all of that for<br \/>\nyou but if you wanted to apply your own<br \/>\ndata sets or what have you for it so you<br \/>\ncan do that you can simply let&#8217;s say<br \/>\narchive it let me uh let me actually<br \/>\nsave it<br \/>\nI can send a test summary email out with<br \/>\nall of the particular data and the<br \/>\nimpact and all that good stuff but let<br \/>\nme go ahead and archive it and so now<br \/>\nnow the test has been archived and if I<br \/>\ngo over to the program overview<br \/>\nyou can see here 125. so this is a<br \/>\nlittle best practice tip where you&#8217;re<br \/>\nyou&#8217;re really providing visibility into<br \/>\nall of the test impact and and again you<br \/>\ncustomize this by me a Prova Journey<br \/>\nwhere it&#8217;ll defaulted to the particular<br \/>\nmetrics and the the math is customizable<br \/>\nMia Provo provides aggregate summation<br \/>\nyou can do weighted averages<br \/>\nnon-weighted averages raw counts lift<br \/>\num are just kind of uh average lift so<br \/>\nthank you just a real quick video any<br
