\/>\nfamiliarize themselves with our user<br \/>\ninterface videos on best practices<br \/>\nwithin mia prova miya prova onboarding<br \/>\nmaterials as well as me approval case<br \/>\nstudies for some of our clients the<br \/>\nvideo that i&#8217;m covering right now is for<br \/>\nour user interface specifically the<br \/>\ncreate a managed ticket section<br \/>\navailable in the net left navigation<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nif there are any questions uh or topics<br \/>\nthat would be helpful to cover please do<br \/>\nlet us know in the comments<br \/>\nor email us at support other tips and tricks<br \/>\nrelated to adobe target<br \/>\nokay so the grade managed section within<br \/>\nmia provo is available in the in the<br \/>\nleft navigation<br \/>\nbecause of the breadth and depth of the<br \/>\nmiyaprova application we decided to<br \/>\nbreak things apart in in a series of<br \/>\nvideos so and so right now i&#8217;m going to<br \/>\ncover this section here uh the homepage<br \/>\nis the default landing page when you log<br \/>\ninto the application of mia proba uh we<br \/>\nprovide a quick overview in terms of um<br \/>\nhow many tests have been launched for<br \/>\nthe current year this is something we<br \/>\nautomatically generate just by<br \/>\nconnecting to your adobe target account<br \/>\nwe provide graphs in terms of the<br \/>\ndistribution of ticket status whether<br \/>\nit&#8217;s submitted under development or a<br \/>\nwaiting summary<br \/>\nthis gives a quick view<br \/>\nof the tickets across the various states<br \/>\nthe live column is something that gets<br \/>\nautomatically populated from either<br \/>\nadobe target or adobe analytics it&#8217;s an<br \/>\nadobe fed column where we highlight all<br \/>\nof your activities give directional<br \/>\ninput um<br \/>\nand the lift for the for the given<br \/>\njourney that the test belongs to<br \/>\nhere you can see uh the tickets that are<br \/>\ncurrently under development which ones<br \/>\nare have been submitted uh and and are<br \/>\nassigned to be developed next and then<br \/>\nwhat tickets are uh currently awaiting<br \/>\nprioritization<br \/>\nthis is<br \/>\nmore often used in the status board i&#8217;ll<br \/>\nshow that in a subsequent video video<br \/>\nthe featured test story this is<br \/>\nsomething that users can<br \/>\ndecide<br \/>\nwhich one they want to be the featured<br \/>\ntest story often organizations will look<br \/>\nat their program overview a lot of their<br \/>\nhistorical tasks or if they<br \/>\nuh decided to you know they had a really<br \/>\ninteresting test that was recently uh<br \/>\nsuccessfully<br \/>\nuh archived and some interesting<br \/>\nlearnings they can make this featured<br \/>\nwithin here and that would show up on<br \/>\nthe homepage as well in this featured<br \/>\ntest story uh latest happenings this is<br \/>\nwhere you can get a feed<br \/>\nof what people are doing this is a demo<br \/>\naccount so a lot of this information<br \/>\nisn&#8217;t super exciting but you can see<br \/>\nthings like there have been comment um<br \/>\nuh there have been comments that have<br \/>\nbeen added new tests have been added or<br \/>\ncreated tests have been archived uh all<br \/>\nthe typical workflow stuff that exists<br \/>\nwithin the media proper application<br \/>\nand the last thing here on the home page<br \/>\nis just a quick overview in terms of<br \/>\nkpi summaries<br \/>\nthis is available as well as on the<br \/>\nprogram overview but here you can get a<br \/>\nquick access to look at things show me<br \/>\nall the tests that are running the room<br \/>\non the home page and all of the data<br \/>\nwill automatically update<br \/>\nit&#8217;s probably better used on the program<br \/>\noverview because then you can see all of<br \/>\nthe activities or the tickets<br \/>\nthat are associated with the with the<br \/>\ndifferent dimensions<br \/>\nwithin here but we wanted to include<br \/>\nthis on the homepage to give people<br \/>\nquick access to this<br \/>\nmy ideas lab so<br \/>\nhere or users can add ideas within the<br \/>\nmia pro application directly within here<br \/>\nor i&#8217;m going to open up a new tab<br \/>\nusers can add ideas directly with our<br \/>\nchrome extension you sign into your<br \/>\nchrome extension let me just sign in<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nto do actually it&#8217;s mia<br \/>\nso here i am signed in i can add in<br \/>\nideas directly within here associate<br \/>\nlabels with it as well as journeys<br \/>\ninformation with the ideas um<br \/>\nso the ideas lab within here you can add<br \/>\nthat you can also crowd source ideas<br \/>\nso mia provo we have single sign-on<br \/>\ncapabilities<br \/>\nwe have functionality where you can<br \/>\neasily invite users to the mi<br \/>\nappropriate application<br \/>\nyou can share this and this is like an<br \/>\nanonymous uh<br \/>\nlogin or it doesn&#8217;t require a login but<br \/>\nwe have some backend systems so it&#8217;s a<br \/>\nway to get ideas into the miyaprova<br \/>\napplication um<br \/>\nfor people to vote on and prioritize as<br \/>\nyou wish so<br \/>\nthis was a suggestion years ago one of<br \/>\nour very successful customers who wanted<br \/>\nto just quickly and easily get ideas<br \/>\ninto the application so this is a nice<br \/>\nway uh to distribute and solicit those<br \/>\nideas so that that&#8217;s something that&#8217;s in<br \/>\nthe idea ideas lab<br \/>\nwe also have all the ideas that have<br \/>\nbeen added within here i&#8217;ll show you<br \/>\nthat in the vote for ideas section<br \/>\nbut we also have like this pre<br \/>\npre-ticket queue if you will where ideas<br \/>\nthat you want to prioritize can be<br \/>\nprovided and moved over to this<br \/>\nparticular queue ahead of time<br \/>\nwe also offer the ability to quickly and<br \/>\neasily take an idea that&#8217;s been<br \/>\nprioritized and create a ticket directly<br \/>\nfrom that everything in the mia provo<br \/>\napplication comes down to tickets and<br \/>\nactivities from adobe or other sources<br \/>\nand tying them together uh we&#8217;ll have<br \/>\nmore more information on this program<br \/>\nconcept<br \/>\nbut i wanted to just highlight that<br \/>\ncomponent within the ideas lab within<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nvote for ideas so all of the ideas that<br \/>\nhave been added to the miyaprova<br \/>\napplication<br \/>\ncan be<br \/>\nviewed based off of label based off of<br \/>\njourney<br \/>\nwhat have you<br \/>\nwe have a cool feature here that<br \/>\nprovides<br \/>\norganizational visibility in terms of<br \/>\nwhat ideas are getting voted on or maybe<br \/>\nwhat ideas are being prioritized here<br \/>\nyou can drag and drop an idea based off<br \/>\nof the level of effort and estimated<br \/>\nreturn<br \/>\nthis is a weighted average so the the<br \/>\nmore votes an idea gets the bigger the<br \/>\nbubble will be<br \/>\nit also if someone on your team voted<br \/>\nfor the idea to be here that is a high<br \/>\nestimated return as well as a high level<br \/>\nof effort but then someone else voted it<br \/>\nfor to be like this<br \/>\ncollectively that would be within here<br \/>\nassuming two people so the more votes<br \/>\nand idea the more um obviously all of<br \/>\nthe votes take into consideration where<br \/>\nthat should live within here<br \/>\nkind of teasing ahead a little bit here<br \/>\nin terms of the status board you can see<br \/>\nall of the ideas within here and the<br \/>\nnumber of votes here you can bring in<br \/>\nadditional commentary<br \/>\nto discuss the ideas prioritize ideas<br \/>\nbased off of the journey or any other<br \/>\ntype of data that you&#8217;d like to include<br \/>\nas well<br \/>\nso getting back to this section<br \/>\nsubmitting a ticket mia prova is a fluid<br \/>\nsystem we do not require tickets to be<br \/>\nsubmitted<br \/>\nahead of time tickets can be submitted<br \/>\nacross any of the various states<br \/>\nyou can even keep drafts of the tickets<br \/>\nsubmit tickets here under development<br \/>\nawaiting summary you can even create<br \/>\ntickets<br \/>\nthat are archived because miyaprova has<br \/>\naccess to all of the activities that<br \/>\nhave been run<br \/>\nin the last 180 days and that&#8217;s<br \/>\nsomething that we can even expand to<br \/>\nbring back<br \/>\nlonger periods of time but the submit<br \/>\nticket section here allows you to<br \/>\nquickly<br \/>\nchange the program based off of what the<br \/>\ndesired ticket is that you&#8217;re looking to<br \/>\nsubmit<br \/>\nand here this ticket will then go into<br \/>\nthe my ticket section so the my ticket<br \/>\nsection is tickets that you your account<br \/>\nhas submitted and you can see your<br \/>\ntickets that you&#8217;re managing across all<br \/>\nthe different states within the mia<br \/>\nprovo application<br \/>\nthere&#8217;ll be more on this status board<br \/>\nsection but the difference between the<br \/>\nmy tickets here and the status board<br \/>\nsection here is the my tickets are your<br \/>\ntickets that have been entered you the<br \/>\nuser that&#8217;s logged in within here brian<br \/>\nokay<br \/>\nnow manage tickets<br \/>\nwhere everything is uh all the tickets<br \/>\nthat have been submitted are available<br \/>\nhere you can click on any of the uh<br \/>\ntickets that have been submitted you<br \/>\nhave all the details of the tickets that<br \/>\nare there and all the different fields<br \/>\nany commentary tasks<br \/>\ncustom fields all of this will be<br \/>\ncovered in a video<br \/>\nfor the miyaprova programs but all of<br \/>\nthe data that was entered in under the<br \/>\noriginal submission is within here<br \/>\nincluding the ability to add offer code<br \/>\nyou can assign it to a developer<br \/>\nwithin here so you assign it to a<br \/>\ndeveloper and that would move the ticket<br \/>\nover to the under development state<br \/>\nwithin here<br \/>\nacross each of the different states<br \/>\nyou&#8217;ll notice that there&#8217;s this<br \/>\nrefinement ability so any of the<br \/>\njourney information can be used for<br \/>\nrefinement programs<br \/>\ndevelopers that are being assigned any<br \/>\nlabels that you would like to use or any<br \/>\nof the custom fields that are included<br \/>\nin your tickets<br \/>\nare available for refinement within mia<br \/>\nprova you can also expand this to give<br \/>\nyourself additional room<br \/>\nnow we have a lot of large organizations<br \/>\nthat are using mia prova and they&#8217;re<br \/>\ndifferentiating<br \/>\ntheir different teams based off of<br \/>\nprograms or journeys or labels or even<br \/>\ndifferent fields within their custom<br \/>\nprograms within the aproba so this is a<br \/>\nwonderful way persist filters to have<br \/>\nthose filters applied across all of<br \/>\nthese various states within here so i&#8217;m<br \/>\njust going to clear the filtered state<br \/>\nwithin here<br \/>\num<br \/>\nso submitted uh the test manager can see<br \/>\nall of the tickets group by journey and<br \/>\nagain the manage tickets section is is<br \/>\nanother view<br \/>\nuh but just during the kind of like in<br \/>\nflight so the the managed ticket section<br \/>\nis the submitted tickets under<br \/>\ndevelopment section as well as a waiting<br \/>\nsummary within here but jumping back to<br \/>\nthe managed ticket section so<br \/>\nonce a test or ticket has been assigned<br \/>\nto a developer that ticket moves over to<br \/>\nthis column here<br \/>\nyou can see based off of the estimated<br \/>\ndeaf completion period and the required<br \/>\ndate we color code things um based off<br \/>\nof uh you know if they&#8217;re if they&#8217;re<br \/>\npast the estimated debt completion date<br \/>\nyou&#8217;ll also notice that you can copy<br \/>\ntickets delete tickets you can copy a<br \/>\nlink to a ticket to share it out<br \/>\nthroughout the organization you can also<br \/>\ncomment which tags people as well<br \/>\nso just as with the other<br \/>\nstates of submitted and awaiting summary<br \/>\nyou have different fields here which can<br \/>\nbe customized by state so you have all<br \/>\nof the metadata any of the assets<br \/>\nqa is an important section that we have<br \/>\nwithin mia provo which is great so if<br \/>\nyou could provide<br \/>\nany instructions to<br \/>\nget into the activity you could come up<br \/>\nwith your own custom checklist within<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nprovide qa urls<br \/>\nand by informing qa what that does it&#8217;ll<br \/>\nautomatically send an email out to those<br \/>\nqa users<br \/>\nletting them know that this is how you<br \/>\nget into the activity<br \/>\nthis is the url to get in so that email<br \/>\njust went out to those users in the<br \/>\norganization that have the qa role<br \/>\nthey can then log bugs within here so i<br \/>\ncould log bugs people can see the issues<br \/>\nthat were reported<br \/>\nso you have this history of what&#8217;s going<br \/>\non to make sure that everyone is on the<br \/>\nsame page<br \/>\nthis can also be<br \/>\ncorrelated with different uh qa<br \/>\nchecklists a lot of our customers are<br \/>\ncreating custom questionnaires did you<br \/>\ncheck the test and mobile did you check<br \/>\nin this particular browser did the<br \/>\nuser experience team sign off so all of<br \/>\nthis checklist functionality is is<br \/>\navailable within here<br \/>\nbut once once you&#8217;re in a good place for<br \/>\nthe test if you know the qa passed and<br \/>\neverything<br \/>\nyou can launch the test<br \/>\nyou can upload screenshots within here<br \/>\nscreenshots can also be uploaded<br \/>\ndirectly uh within our chrome extension<br \/>\na lot of our customers use that simply<br \/>\ncome up to any of these activities here<br \/>\nselect the appropriate ticket and then<br \/>\nyou could add in<br \/>\nthe screenshots as you wish within there<br \/>\nbut then the ticket goes over to<br \/>\nawaiting summary awaiting summary is<br \/>\nwhere tests<br \/>\nwhere tickets live<br \/>\nwhen the test is up up and running or<br \/>\nthe test has recently ended or we we<br \/>\nwere<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re looking to gather our insights to<br \/>\nto to get ready to archive them and we<br \/>\nhave additional functionality to filter<br \/>\non tickets that where the tests have<br \/>\nended the activities are still live or<br \/>\nif no activity is paired with a ticket<br \/>\nwe also do that by color coding it gree<br \/>\nyellow which signifies a mitch a<br \/>\nmismatch between tickets<br \/>\nuh and activities within mia provo<br \/>\nand lastly here is the calendar section<br \/>\nof mia prova and<br \/>\nall of the data here is based off of<br \/>\ndates from adobe target as well as dates<br \/>\nfrom your tickets and so you&#8217;ll see here<br \/>\nis all of the activities<br \/>\num that have a specific end a start date<br \/>\nand an end date um<br \/>\nmia provo likes to encourage the use of<br \/>\nsample sizes<br \/>\nreally to allow<br \/>\norganizations to get the most throughput<br \/>\nso they don&#8217;t leave tess on longer than<br \/>\nthey should have so a lot of our more<br \/>\nstrategic customers they have specific<br \/>\nstart dates and end dates with their<br \/>\nadobe target activities and you will see<br \/>\nthat here you can see that reflected in<br \/>\nthe date and time automatically here<br \/>\nunder development activities this is<br \/>\nbased off of the estimated dev<br \/>\ncompletion date as well as the the<br \/>\nrequired date from the ticket submission<br \/>\nthis is a demo account but you can see<br \/>\nkind of what things are being developed<br \/>\nlastly here is evergreen activities<br \/>\nthis is empty this account is not<br \/>\nconnected to adobe<br \/>\nbut this is where the majority of<br \/>\nmia provo customers activities live at<br \/>\nleast initially uh upon connection to<br \/>\nmia proba all of the activities that do<br \/>\nnot have an end date will fall up here<br \/>\nwithin the uh<br \/>\nunder within the uh evergreen activities<br \/>\nsection um and then lastly events uh<br \/>\nevents you can customize what events<br \/>\nexist but it allows you to add different<br \/>\nevents on the calendar so you can<br \/>\nvisualize them if there&#8217;s going to be<br \/>\nmaybe a pause and testing or some<br \/>\ndevelopment efforts that are taking<br \/>\nplace<br \/>\nuh or anything marketing initiatives<br \/>\nit&#8217;s a nice way to kind of visualize<br \/>\nthese events across all of your adobe<br \/>\ntarget activities that are currently<br \/>\nlive on the site<br \/>\nso thank you that was a quick video<br \/>\nhopefully on the create and manage<br \/>\nticket section within mia provo if
