\/>\ninterface<br \/>\nspecifically the happening now section<br \/>\nwithin mia prova<br \/>\nwhich includes the live test dashboard<br \/>\nas well as the status board if there are<br \/>\nany adobe target our<br \/>\nteam is very very well versed in in that<br \/>\ntechnology<br \/>\nokay so the live touch dashboard is one<br \/>\nof the more popular components of the<br \/>\nmia appropriate application<br \/>\nit&#8217;s automatically generated so simply<br \/>\nby connecting your mia provo tenant to<br \/>\nadobe io<br \/>\nmia provo will automatically populate<br \/>\nthis so as activities are turned on<br \/>\nwithin the miyaprova<br \/>\nwithin adobe target they&#8217;ll<br \/>\nautomatically show up within here which<br \/>\nis nice<br \/>\nyou&#8217;ll notice some of them are green<br \/>\nsome of them are yellow yellow means<br \/>\nthat we have an activity<br \/>\nthat doesn&#8217;t have a ticket associated<br \/>\nwith it so mia provo is all about<br \/>\nassociating activities<br \/>\nto tickets where we then are able to<br \/>\nautomatically create a knowledge library<br \/>\nprovide default alerting default<br \/>\nreport metrics things along those lines<br \/>\nwhich is very very helpful<br \/>\nyou&#8217;ll notice some of these are green<br \/>\nmia prova adheres to industry best<br \/>\npractices when it comes to testing and<br \/>\none of the fields that we have in our<br \/>\nticket submissions that was covered in<br \/>\nthe previous video<br \/>\nis if we were to provide uh the<br \/>\nestimated sample size so we have a<br \/>\nsample size calculator that will<br \/>\nautomatically<br \/>\ncome up with a particular value if i<br \/>\nenter this in here<br \/>\nenter the value you see that me approval<br \/>\nwill automatically generate the required<br \/>\nsample size<br \/>\nand when tests are live and we have the<br \/>\nsample size data associated with it well<br \/>\nwhy that it is green we&#8217;re also going to<br \/>\nsend you an alert via email as well as<br \/>\nan alert within the user interface<br \/>\nthat the activity has met the preset<br \/>\nsample size here&#8217;s an example of<br \/>\nan above threshold<br \/>\nperformance of an activity variation so<br \/>\nwe highlight a lot of the alerts uh<br \/>\nwithin our application within here as<br \/>\nwell as the status board which i&#8217;ll get<br \/>\ninto shortly so this is a wonderful view<br \/>\nwhere you can see everything that is<br \/>\nlive and also manage it against any of<br \/>\nyour organizational metadata so in adobe<br \/>\ntarget you can filter by what type of<br \/>\nactivity it is whether it&#8217;s a for t or<br \/>\nnon a for t and you can you can do that<br \/>\nwithin here as well<br \/>\nbut we also bring in all of the data<br \/>\nfrom your tickets so if you had<br \/>\nparticular journeys that you were<br \/>\nmanaging different programs developers<br \/>\nbeing assigned any of your labels custom<br \/>\nfilters like you wanted to you just look<br \/>\nat product managers um so really<br \/>\nanything<br \/>\nthat you&#8217;re using internally can be used<br \/>\nuh<br \/>\nwithin here uh for for kind of better<br \/>\nand easier management of it you can also<br \/>\nsearch the activity for any of the code<br \/>\nthat&#8217;s being used any of the adobe<br \/>\nmetadata is available and it&#8217;ll be<br \/>\nmapped to the corresponding live<br \/>\nactivities that includes the code too<br \/>\nwhich is really really helpful<br \/>\nclicking on some of these different<br \/>\nactivities<br \/>\nyou can see several things here we<br \/>\ndefault to the start and end date based<br \/>\noff of the adobe data we provide what<br \/>\naudiences are getting in we want you to<br \/>\nhave quick and easy say oh okay who are<br \/>\nthe particular audiences that are<br \/>\ngetting in<br \/>\nwhether it&#8217;s a for t or not a for t the<br \/>\ndata is real time<br \/>\nwhich is very very helpful using the<br \/>\nsame apis that you use in<br \/>\nanalytics workspace<br \/>\nyou can actually calculate the sample<br \/>\nratio mismatch we do that automatically<br \/>\nbut some of our customers wanted to be<br \/>\nable to play with that so we have a<br \/>\nlittle calculator there for that<br \/>\num<br \/>\nand then the data is distributed across<br \/>\nthe various experiences which is helpful<br \/>\ni i again this is real time but the<br \/>\ndefault view for this data<br \/>\nis 100 customizable uh that&#8217;ll be in the<br \/>\nvideos with the admin console<br \/>\nspecifically the the reporting<br \/>\num and it&#8217;s journey specific so mia<br \/>\nprova is a journey-centric optimization<br \/>\nmanagement platform so<br \/>\nif if you have customers that belong to<br \/>\none journey automatically mia provo will<br \/>\nprovide that default reporting view<br \/>\nuh for that particular journey the<br \/>\nmetrics in in the configuration of the<br \/>\ndata grid uh for all of your journeys<br \/>\nand all of the alerting that we saw like<br \/>\nwithin the performance all of those will<br \/>\nbe<br \/>\njourney specific as well which is great<br \/>\nuh mia provo does a lot of other things<br \/>\nwhich is really really helpful we<br \/>\ncalculate the uh lift and confident<br \/>\nconfidence levels automatically so for<br \/>\nthose of you that use the a4t<br \/>\npanel and analytics workspace i think<br \/>\nyou&#8217;ll find this to be very very helpful<br \/>\nwe also<br \/>\nprovide mechanisms for<br \/>\ncommentary so a lot of our customers<br \/>\nwill<br \/>\nwill add comments in here<br \/>\nwhen a test is live which is really<br \/>\nhelpful<br \/>\nto provide visibility you could tag<br \/>\npeople tag groups within here and will<br \/>\nautomatically send those notifications<br \/>\nand what&#8217;s nice is this this rich<br \/>\ncommentary during the in-flight test<br \/>\nwill automatically become part of the<br \/>\nknowledge library so if users are<br \/>\nsearching on different things<br \/>\nthe activities that have that metadata<br \/>\nwill show up within here<br \/>\nnow<br \/>\nour team<br \/>\nmany many years of consulting and so<br \/>\nwhile we love this<br \/>\nsummary view of the data<br \/>\nwe also default to<br \/>\na day by day view where you can see the<br \/>\ndata over time against your various<br \/>\nmetrics that are specific to your<br \/>\njourney this is a<br \/>\ndemo account so it&#8217;s kind of like play<br \/>\ndata but this is very very helpful to<br \/>\nunders understand trends or particular<br \/>\nissues that might be going on with the<br \/>\nactivity also really helpful to<br \/>\ndemonstrate<br \/>\nstatistical confidence you can show kind<br \/>\nof consistent behavior of experiences<br \/>\nover time<br \/>\nvery interactive<br \/>\ngrid where you can kind of play with<br \/>\nthings as you wish and again all of the<br \/>\nmetrics here are related to uh whatever<br \/>\nthe journey that&#8217;s been defined in the<br \/>\napplication<br \/>\nand then we also have the ability to<br \/>\nkind of have just quick screenshots<br \/>\navailable within here<br \/>\nif organizations would like we could<br \/>\nautomatically bring in the offer code<br \/>\nand make that available that&#8217;s something<br \/>\nwe automate as well um but this is a an<br \/>\noption to use the screenshot so really<br \/>\nreally helpful companies will come in<br \/>\nhere they can see how things are doing<br \/>\nat a glance and all of these top-level<br \/>\nmetrics<br \/>\nare reflective of that particular<br \/>\njourney all customizable within the<br \/>\nadmin console<br \/>\nand i said earlier this is how you can<br \/>\nquickly and easily associate tickets uh<br \/>\nwith activities and<br \/>\none of the very helpful things that mia<br \/>\nprovo does is we provide organizational<br \/>\nvisibility into how companies are using<br \/>\nadobe target<br \/>\nadobe target in my opinion is is<br \/>\nprobably one of the best content<br \/>\nmanagement systems out there even though<br \/>\nit wasn&#8217;t originally designed to be<br \/>\nbecause it gives organizations and<br \/>\nmarketing teams the ability to quickly<br \/>\nand easily target and change content on<br \/>\nthe site or it will be using it for<br \/>\npatches or bug pitches or<br \/>\noperationalizing winners so this is a<br \/>\nwonderful way<br \/>\nto flag these different efforts okay<br \/>\nthis is operational so we flag it as<br \/>\nsuch we&#8217;ve got the data with this we<br \/>\nsave and then we just flagged it so now<br \/>\nreports can be generated for<br \/>\norganizations to show how they&#8217;re using<br \/>\nadobe target over time<br \/>\nto<br \/>\nidentify<br \/>\n[Music]<br \/>\nopportunities in areas for growth and<br \/>\nthings along those lines so we want to<br \/>\nmake sure that everything gets credited<br \/>\nuh within there and so we we allowed<br \/>\nthat quick flat flagging functionality<br \/>\nso this is the<br \/>\nin flight<br \/>\npopulated by adobe um or data from adobe<br \/>\nanalytics we can treat evars and and<br \/>\ndifferent analytics variables as inputs<br \/>\nas well<br \/>\nwe also provide the status board view<br \/>\nthis is a very popular view where you<br \/>\ncan manage everything<br \/>\nagain this column is is<br \/>\ngenerated by adobe it&#8217;s it&#8217;s activities<br \/>\nor data collected from adobe analytics<br \/>\nbut here you can manage your ideas your<br \/>\nyou could prioritize idea against any of<br \/>\nyour metadata all of your different<br \/>\nfilters labels all that good stuff if<br \/>\nyou wanted to look at okay show me all<br \/>\nthe uh where ted is the product manager<br \/>\nso you can see all of the things across<br \/>\nhis various states let me just clear all<br \/>\nthe filters here<br \/>\num so submitted tickets is kind of what<br \/>\ni said it let me let me make this a<br \/>\nlittle bit smaller there so here you can<br \/>\nsee all of your tickets you can click on<br \/>\nthe bottom of any of these cards it&#8217;ll<br \/>\nbreak up the bring up the side panel you<br \/>\ncan quickly assign a developer all of<br \/>\nthe commentary any tasks that you wish<br \/>\nto include within here<br \/>\nyou can also<br \/>\ntest managers can prioritize their<br \/>\ntickets as they wish which is very very<br \/>\nhelpful<br \/>\nfor those organizations that adopt a<br \/>\njourney-centric program what they&#8217;ll do<br \/>\nis they&#8217;ll kind of look at the different<br \/>\njourneys where things are going on and<br \/>\nkind of manage things along those lines<br \/>\nwithin there<br \/>\nagain green means sample size has been<br \/>\nhit so a lot of companies will use our<br \/>\nstatus board to discuss next steps for<br \/>\nthese ones that are green they hit their<br \/>\nsample size which means we have an<br \/>\nopportunity to get something else in its<br \/>\nplace because we&#8217;ve got our answers that<br \/>\nwe need here you can see some of the<br \/>\nalerts that are being highlighted<br \/>\nin the commentary as well<br \/>\nuh other things that are very helpful<br \/>\nhere within the<br \/>\nstatus board is tickets that are under a<br \/>\nwaiting summary we can click on the<br \/>\nbottom of the activity<br \/>\nthe bottom of the card and we can have<br \/>\nall of the live activities here<br \/>\nto make it easy for organizations to<br \/>\nquickly and easily make the marriage<br \/>\nhappen between a mia provo ticket and an<br \/>\nadobe target activity or data that comes<br \/>\nfrom adobe analytics<br \/>\norganizations can also<br \/>\neasily take to uh create tickets across<br \/>\nany of the various states within mia<br \/>\nprovo we don&#8217;t force<br \/>\norganizations down a rigid um<br \/>\npath for example the visual editor in<br \/>\nadobe target makes it quick very easy to<br \/>\nget tests up and running<br \/>\nuh and if this was a test that was on<br \/>\nthe fly it&#8217;s kind of silly to go ahead<br \/>\nand create a ticket under submitted<br \/>\nassign it to a developer and then move<br \/>\nthat ticket you know to a waiting<br \/>\nsummary it&#8217;s kind of kind of silly<br \/>\nwhen you can just create a ticket within<br \/>\na waiting summary within here<br \/>\noften organizations do that<br \/>\nthe other helpful thing that i wanted to<br \/>\nhighlight here is the ability to copy<br \/>\ntickets<br \/>\nfor example if you had a ticket if<br \/>\nyou&#8217;re running a series of tests or you<br \/>\nran an old test where all the ticket<br \/>\ndata was filled out<br \/>\nyou could just find that ticket within<br \/>\nhere be able to quickly and easily copy<br \/>\nit<br \/>\nand move it to the respective state that<br \/>\nyou wish within there that&#8217;s something<br \/>\nthat a lot of organizations find very<br \/>\nvery helpful um you could click on the<br \/>\ntickets within here uh ticket names it<br \/>\nbrings you to<br \/>\num you know the respective ticket<br \/>\nand the same thing goes for the<br \/>\ndifferent categories you could submit<br \/>\nand get the shortcut to the to the<br \/>\nvarious categories um the search is<br \/>\nacross all of the adobe metadata<br \/>\nincluding your offers your audiences<br \/>\nany of the code i said that&#8217;s been<br \/>\nincluded as well as any of the<br \/>\norganizational metadata that&#8217;s within<br \/>\nyour tickets and so a lot of teams will<br \/>\nhave uh this section of mia provo as<br \/>\npart of their you know daily stand-up or<br \/>\nweekly review in terms of what things<br \/>\nare in flight what things are coming<br \/>\nto help advance tickets um<br \/>\nthrough these various states to get to<br \/>\nthe archive ticket program overview<br \/>\nwhere you can see the program impact and<br \/>\nall of that wonderful stuff is in place<br \/>\nthere so any questions please hit us up<br \/>\nthank you for
