\/>\navailable in the left navigation<br \/>\nthroughout mia provo you can you know<br \/>\nsuppress and make available this<br \/>\nnavigation within here the program<br \/>\noverview is probably by far one of the<br \/>\nmore popular components of our mia<br \/>\nprofit application<br \/>\nall activities that are archived end up<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nand when i say uh that are archived so<br \/>\ntickets are<br \/>\nthey go through the various stages<br \/>\nsubmitted under development and waiting<br \/>\nfinal summary<br \/>\nuh and at any point you can create a<br \/>\nparticular ticket but um traditionally<br \/>\ntickets that are<br \/>\nuh that have recently ended or the test<br \/>\nis is live<br \/>\nthose tickets will be sitting in this<br \/>\nawaiting final summary section so<br \/>\nessentially they&#8217;re literally waiting<br \/>\nhere to have the program impact and and<br \/>\nthe learnings apply to it so it can be<br \/>\narchived um so there&#8217;ll be activities<br \/>\nthat have recently ended or activities<br \/>\nare still live within here uh or it&#8217;s a<br \/>\nticket that&#8217;s in here that doesn&#8217;t have<br \/>\nan activity and so here&#8217;s how you can<br \/>\nmanage all of this<br \/>\nquickly you&#8217;ve got all of the metadata<br \/>\nassociated with the ticket you have the<br \/>\nadobe target data you can do the entire<br \/>\nactivity period you have all of the<br \/>\nadobe data that again is journey<br \/>\nspecific<br \/>\nand when we archive it mia provo creates<br \/>\na permanent record of it including any<br \/>\nof the segments you might have apply or<br \/>\nany of the additional<br \/>\ncalculated metrics that you&#8217;ve created<br \/>\nwithin here as well<br \/>\nall of the commentary the day-by-day<br \/>\ngraph is is automatically captured<br \/>\nbut here you can see a couple of<br \/>\nscreenshots you can add in additional<br \/>\nscreenshots uh you simply provide the<br \/>\nlearning the takeaway from this uh and<br \/>\nthen the location all of these are<br \/>\ncustomizable within the admin section<br \/>\nthere i&#8217;ll spend some time on that in<br \/>\nthe subsequent videos how you want to<br \/>\nclassify the outcome also customizable<br \/>\nimpact to organizations<br \/>\nimpact to business so these are custom<br \/>\nmetrics that will be defined as part of<br \/>\nonboarding mia prova uh provides street<br \/>\nteaching guidance on what might be<br \/>\nhelpful program level metrics to uh map<br \/>\nyour program against and so here&#8217;s a<br \/>\ndrop down all of these particular<br \/>\nmetrics<br \/>\nyou can have additional fields all of<br \/>\nthe fields here are customizable by your<br \/>\nprogram within mia provis a lot of<br \/>\ncompanies will incorporate things like<br \/>\nthe voice of customer analytics hippo<br \/>\nlike the idea source so they could<br \/>\ngenerate reports to find out what idea<br \/>\nsources are leading to the<br \/>\nmost effective winners and and things<br \/>\nalong those lines uh you can quickly and<br \/>\neasily send out a summary email uh with<br \/>\nthe tests within here as well as any of<br \/>\nthe data which is really really helpful<br \/>\nbut what i want to highlight here is<br \/>\narchival so when these activities are<br \/>\narchived they show up in the program<br \/>\noverview um and so what happens is any<br \/>\nof the metrics that were associated with<br \/>\nthat particular activity will be updated<br \/>\nwithin here<br \/>\nmia provo provides<br \/>\nany which way to kind of calculate those<br \/>\nmetrics so i&#8217;ll actually kind of segue<br \/>\ninto this<br \/>\ntest setup section within here so you<br \/>\ncan get a sense of what i&#8217;m talking<br \/>\nabout so here you can see some of the<br \/>\ndifferent customizations that are in<br \/>\nplay<br \/>\nuh so revenue is pretty straightforward<br \/>\nit&#8217;s revenue and what we will do is we<br \/>\nwill aggregate it um<br \/>\nwith every activity that has been<br \/>\narchived with that particular data<br \/>\nbut quickly for in terms of the test<br \/>\nmetrics you can associate it with this<br \/>\nis more of like the macro level goals<br \/>\nhere and these are the more the micro<br \/>\ngoals and so let&#8217;s say revenue metrics<br \/>\nor engagement metrics so going to be<br \/>\nobviously revenue amount or percentage<br \/>\nbut let&#8217;s say it was a percentage uh you<br \/>\ncan it could be like a summed percentage<br \/>\nif you wanted to do that but<br \/>\ntraditionally what companies will do<br \/>\neither average or weighted average and<br \/>\none really really cool thing that mia<br \/>\nprobably does<br \/>\nis if you have a test<br \/>\nwith a 10<br \/>\nlift with only 500 visitors<br \/>\nyou don&#8217;t want to be treated the same if<br \/>\nyou have another test with a million<br \/>\nvisitors and a ten percent lift so if<br \/>\nyou applied average it would treat those<br \/>\nboth the same no matter how many<br \/>\nvisitors got into the test uh but the<br \/>\nweighted average if you use a for t will<br \/>\nautomatically bring in the denominator<br \/>\nthe visitor visit or impression or<br \/>\nnon-a4t will bring in the same data as<br \/>\nwell so we&#8217;ll automatically bring that<br \/>\nin for adobe<br \/>\nand so very very helpful a lot of fun<br \/>\nfor with organizations thinking about<br \/>\nwhat type of metrics they want to<br \/>\ninclude as part of their program<br \/>\noverview<br \/>\nall the different ways to calculate the<br \/>\nmath are there and like i said as these<br \/>\nactivities are added we automatically<br \/>\nupdate the data here<br \/>\norganizations are able to quickly see<br \/>\nshow me all of the tests that have run<br \/>\non the home page and been classified<br \/>\nas significant loss<br \/>\nand marginal loss will automatically<br \/>\nupdate that data let me go to include<br \/>\nsignificant winds and marginal winds as<br \/>\nwell<br \/>\nand you can see kind of the data being<br \/>\nupdated on the fly based off of the<br \/>\ndifferent things that have been added<br \/>\nwithin here so really really helpful for<br \/>\norganizations to see just exactly what<br \/>\nthe program is doing<br \/>\nwhere the largest nuggets have been<br \/>\nfound<br \/>\nwhat&#8217;s working what&#8217;s not working<br \/>\nand and provide a central place<br \/>\nfor large organizations to see<br \/>\nthe fruits of the testing team&#8217;s labor<br \/>\na few other things that will be very<br \/>\nhelpful here some feedback that we&#8217;ve<br \/>\ngotten from customers<br \/>\nis<br \/>\nmia prova<br \/>\nis a it connects to adobe and it<br \/>\nconnects your organizational metadata<br \/>\nthe data that&#8217;s within your tickets<br \/>\nand what this allows us to do is that<br \/>\nthe way our databases are constructed is<br \/>\nyou can search here<br \/>\nif if the word blue<br \/>\nwas used in any of the code or the<br \/>\noffers or things like that it&#8217;s a nice<br \/>\nway to go and find the different things<br \/>\nthat have been impacting this and it<br \/>\ndoesn&#8217;t have to be the name of the<br \/>\nactivity<br \/>\num or the experiences it&#8217;s really<br \/>\nanything that was part of the metadata<br \/>\nwhich is really cool a lot of companies<br \/>\nwill repurpose code and things like that<br \/>\nwhich is<br \/>\nvery very helpful<br \/>\nany of the program filters<br \/>\nwe we often<br \/>\nget feedback that these custom filters<br \/>\nthat are available in mia provo programs<br \/>\nkind of act like variables like an<br \/>\nanalytics workspace as you update<br \/>\ndifferent values uh it&#8217;ll update the<br \/>\ndata within here so like i said a lot of<br \/>\ncompanies are adding dimensions like<br \/>\nwhat was the idea source who&#8217;s the<br \/>\nproduct manager or analyst<br \/>\nor look at things by programs<br \/>\nme approve is all about the visibility<br \/>\nand one of the cool things that we do<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re able to provide reporting to show<br \/>\nthe distribution of testing efforts<br \/>\nacross various teams as well as the<br \/>\noutcomes<br \/>\nand we really want to provide mechanisms<br \/>\nfor organizations to<br \/>\nprophesy the learnings that are being<br \/>\nhad<br \/>\nso this is the program overview aka the<br \/>\nknowledge library aka where all the<br \/>\ntickets end up<br \/>\nas part of onboarding a lot of companies<br \/>\nwill do is they&#8217;ll add in historical<br \/>\ntests within here<br \/>\nmia provo has access to<br \/>\nall of your old activities within adobe<br \/>\ntarget so we can quickly and easily<br \/>\nupdate that<br \/>\nwe can also update some of the metrics<br \/>\nafter the fact we&#8217;ve got a lot of<br \/>\nfinancial organizations that don&#8217;t have<br \/>\nmetrics<br \/>\nuntil well after the activity is run you<br \/>\ncan<br \/>\nalso kind of update the the the default<br \/>\ndating update the the the the data<br \/>\nwithin here you can download a pdf uh<br \/>\na lot of our financial customers have<br \/>\nfound this helpful for regulatory<br \/>\nreasons to be able to kind of keep a<br \/>\npermanent record of it you could also<br \/>\nfind any of your old tests and and send<br \/>\na link to it or send an email within mia<br \/>\nprovo and you&#8217;re able to kind of quickly<br \/>\naccess it so<br \/>\nagain very very popular component where<br \/>\neverything goes to live very helpful for<br \/>\ncompanies to kind of find what metrics<br \/>\nare impacting things to get that<br \/>\nprogram um analysis that that a lot of<br \/>\ncompanies<br \/>\nneed to have to scale and and to make<br \/>\nsure that they&#8217;re getting<br \/>\nmuch out of their optimization program<br \/>\nas possible uh code library i&#8217;m actually<br \/>\ngoing to jump into an account that&#8217;s<br \/>\nconnected to the adobe database here<br \/>\nreally quickly so you can kind of see<br \/>\nthis<br \/>\ni was in a demo account here<br \/>\nthis is mia provo on mia provost so<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re actually using uh a live data<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re connected to adobe io and these<br \/>\nare some of the demo activities that we<br \/>\ndo and some of the different tools uh<br \/>\nsome of the developers use to play with<br \/>\nbut what i want to highlight here is the<br \/>\ncode library<br \/>\nso<br \/>\nwhat we do is we create a permanent<br \/>\nrecord of all of the offers that were<br \/>\nused in any of your activities and so<br \/>\nhere&#8217;s just quickly<br \/>\nuh a view of all of the different<br \/>\nactivities the code that&#8217;s been used we<br \/>\nalso highlight what css selectors are<br \/>\nthere we provide some pretty nifty<br \/>\nreporting or alerting around that that<br \/>\ntype of thing<br \/>\nfor regulatory reasons this is helpful<br \/>\nlike i said for financial organizations<br \/>\ni&#8217;ve had several customers thank me for<br \/>\nthis<br \/>\nbecause they were getting alerts and tea<br \/>\nleaf or other various systems regarding<br \/>\n404 alerts<br \/>\nand they couldn&#8217;t find out where that&#8217;s<br \/>\nhappening you can search here and<br \/>\nthat&#8217;ll search across<br \/>\nall of the code that&#8217;s used in any of<br \/>\nyour activities and so they were able to<br \/>\nsearch for like an<br \/>\nimage<br \/>\nyou know that that was being used and<br \/>\nthey found their image<br \/>\nand then they can kind of see okay this<br \/>\nis the offer that was being used that<br \/>\nwas that was doing it so um<br \/>\nreally really helpful from from that<br \/>\nregard you can also view it by name<br \/>\ni&#8217;m i&#8217;m a big adobe target practitioner<br \/>\ni probably set up<br \/>\n20 to 30 activities a week within adobe<br \/>\ntarget and i&#8217;ve got several<br \/>\nkind of internal<br \/>\nnotes in terms of different ways offers<br \/>\nthat i&#8217;ve created over the years to be<br \/>\nhelpful and so uh based off of some<br \/>\nfeedback and just my own personal<br \/>\nexperience with adobe target i wanted a<br \/>\nnice way for organ<br \/>\nthe developers to create templates<br \/>\nof their uh code to make it easier you<br \/>\nknow they could come in here and grab<br \/>\nlike a template for them to use<br \/>\nfor the code and they can add things as<br \/>\nthey wish within here<br \/>\ncode library a couple things really<br \/>\nquickly that we do with this data as<br \/>\nwell is we help organizations understand<br \/>\nvisibility into different changes oh you<br \/>\ncan also see who the developer that<br \/>\ncreated the offer is as well<br \/>\nmia provo will automatically detect if<br \/>\nan offer has been changed in flight so<br \/>\nif a test is running using an offer<br \/>\nand someone even modifies a single<br \/>\ncharacter we will let you know<br \/>\nwe&#8217;ll also let you know if a css<br \/>\nselector you can see here the css<br \/>\nselector is no longer there or has<br \/>\nchanged where the test is running so<br \/>\nthat was the nifty alert that i alluded<br \/>\nto earlier really really really helpful<br \/>\nespecially for those companies that use<br \/>\nthe visual editor or custom code that<br \/>\nleverages the css selectors<br \/>\nmany many pretty much all of the mi<br \/>\napril customers have gotten this alert<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nwhile there are false positives in there<br \/>\nthere&#8217;s definitely been<br \/>\nquite a few uh<br \/>\nsave the days that have happened because<br \/>\nof this particular alert that has taken<br \/>\nplace so that&#8217;s the code library<br \/>\nlastly industry insights i&#8217;ll jump back<br \/>\nover to my demo account within here so<br \/>\nindustry insights this was um<br \/>\nthis is something that came from a lot<br \/>\nof our early on customers they wanted to<br \/>\nplace a repository<br \/>\nwhere like an internet of sorts where<br \/>\nthey can keep<br \/>\ninternal documentation about testing as<br \/>\nyou know the testing<br \/>\nindustry is something that evolves quite<br \/>\na bit there&#8217;s a lot of different things<br \/>\nout there everything from statistics to<br \/>\nfirst-party cookies third-party cookies<br \/>\ndeveloper approaches server-side<br \/>\nclient-side sdks all those type of<br \/>\nthings<br \/>\nas well as you know really good tests<br \/>\nthat have run or different<br \/>\norganizational rules or things like that<br \/>\nand so this is just a way<br \/>\nfor organizations to contribute content<br \/>\nuh and have it associated easy for here<br \/>\nwe provide<br \/>\na little bit of some you know<br \/>\ndata kind of like adobe recommendations<br \/>\nwhere you see the most read<br \/>\nobviously full search um and then the<br \/>\nones that are recently added so it&#8217;s a<br \/>\nhelpful way for people to get access to<br \/>\ndifferent things i i do have a video<br \/>\nplanned um several of our customers put<br \/>\nin some really cool stuff uh in terms of<br \/>\nuh links to different things so i want<br \/>\nto kind of highlight the most what i<br \/>\nthink to be the most helpful things and<br \/>\nyou can see a couple of the different uh<br \/>\nyou know things to link to within um<br \/>\nthis demo account that i&#8217;ve been found<br \/>\nhelpful so that&#8217;s the library section<br \/>\nof mia croba as always any questions any<br \/>\nother kind of deeper dives in any of<br \/>\nthis please let us know in the
