id=\"readlink1208696219\" style=\"readlink\" href=\"#\">Video Transcript<\/a><\/span>\n<div class=\"read_div\" id=\"read1208696219\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>the other day i posted a just a real<br \/>\nquick two minute video uh regarding mia<br \/>\nprovo&#8217;s live dashboard and i got these<br \/>\nuh comment earlier today some some great<br \/>\nquestions and i thought it&#8217;d be easier<br \/>\nuh to get together a quick video to<br \/>\naddress uh each of these great questions<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nso first question uh and thank you for<br \/>\nthe comments please hit me up with<br \/>\nquestions making videos is now really<br \/>\neasy and i enjoy doing them i can turn<br \/>\nthem around pretty quickly so keep keep<br \/>\nstuff like this coming please uh is this<br \/>\ndashboard basically an improved<br \/>\ndashboard or over the native adobe<br \/>\ntarget one so the video had to do with<br \/>\nthe mia provo live dashboard um it&#8217;s<br \/>\ndifferent uh the adobe target<br \/>\nactivities list page has a list of all<br \/>\nthe different activities i&#8217;ll quickly go<br \/>\nto it really quick here so adobe target<br \/>\nyou go to the activities list page so<br \/>\nhere you can see all of the different<br \/>\nactivities you can create activities see<br \/>\nby works uh workspace<br \/>\nmia provo what we only do is import any<br \/>\nlive activities we want to keep things<br \/>\nshort sweet and keep things manageable<br \/>\nand very clean uh the one of the main<br \/>\npoints to me of proba is the ability<br \/>\nto add all of these to the knowledge<br \/>\nlibraries so we don&#8217;t want like poc or<br \/>\njunk activities uh in media provo so<br \/>\nwe only deal with live activities<br \/>\norganizations can also add filters<br \/>\nremove report suites uh so all of that<br \/>\ncontrol actually jump over to a<br \/>\ndifferent account here really quick to<br \/>\nshow you that this account&#8217;s actually<br \/>\nconnected to adobe<br \/>\nso within here you can you can control<br \/>\nlike not only<br \/>\nwhat report suites are used for a4t<br \/>\ndimensions but you can configure how you<br \/>\nwant the reporting to look this is a<br \/>\nhuge thing around our journeys<br \/>\nconfiguration which i plan to do some<br \/>\nvideos hopefully later this week with<br \/>\nthat but you can define this how you<br \/>\nwant to consume the data we<br \/>\nautomatically calculate the a for t<br \/>\ncalculations that sort of thing so it is<br \/>\nsimilar to the adobe dashboard but it&#8217;s<br \/>\nonly for live activities and the default<br \/>\nview<br \/>\nmia provo also allows on the live<br \/>\ndashboard the ability to quickly add<br \/>\nprograms like categorize it because we<br \/>\nprovide program analytics like how are<br \/>\nyou using adobe target i think adobe<br \/>\ntarget is probably one of the best<br \/>\ncontent management systems out there<br \/>\nthe<br \/>\nmajority of our activities in the me<br \/>\napproval world are not really tasked<br \/>\nwith targeted messaging and so we allow<br \/>\norganizations to categorize it and<br \/>\nprovide reporting around that as such<br \/>\num okay the great question uh does the<br \/>\ndoes it have features like notify when<br \/>\nsomeone created a new activity<br \/>\nyes absolutely so i&#8217;ll jump over to this<br \/>\naccount here as well<br \/>\nso these are all the live activities so<br \/>\njust by turning it on in mia prova<br \/>\nor turning it on in adobe target it&#8217;ll<br \/>\nshow up in mia proba it&#8217;ll initially<br \/>\nshow up as yellow which means that it<br \/>\ndoesn&#8217;t have a ticket associated with it<br \/>\nuh green means that it&#8217;s met its preset<br \/>\nsample size one of the big things we&#8217;re<br \/>\nproud of is our throughput uh we&#8217;re able<br \/>\nto look at before mia provo and after<br \/>\nmia provo and because we notify you know<br \/>\nwhen things have met sample size and<br \/>\nwhen their statistical confidence uh we<br \/>\nhighlight all of that as well you can<br \/>\nsee some of the alerts uh within there<br \/>\nas well you can see the audiences you<br \/>\ncan see one of our alerts about<br \/>\nperformance again all customizable by<br \/>\njourney<br \/>\num but to the question regarding<br \/>\nnotifications yes we uh we have a huge<br \/>\nalerting i&#8217;m going to work on a video to<br \/>\nshow that because we&#8217;ve made some<br \/>\nupdates to that these are all the<br \/>\ndifferent alerts that we do and you can<br \/>\nsee who can see it by<br \/>\nuser role within me at provo but the<br \/>\noutbound notifications are exactly that<br \/>\nso when ideas are added when a ticket&#8217;s<br \/>\nbeen created when it&#8217;s ready for qa move<br \/>\nto under submitted all of the typical<br \/>\nworkflow including like activities<br \/>\nlaunching reaching statistical<br \/>\nconfidence<br \/>\nyou can get them either in slack via<br \/>\nemail and based off of different roles<br \/>\nwithin the appropriate we manage within<br \/>\nhere<br \/>\nwe also send out real-time alerts when<br \/>\nwe detect a change in the code<br \/>\nwhen the code conflicts with where the<br \/>\ntest is running as well as<br \/>\nkpi metrics<br \/>\nbut below or above predefined thresholds<br \/>\nin a different part of the ui and then<br \/>\nevery day<br \/>\naround three o&#8217;clock in the afternoon us<br \/>\ntime we send out an aggregate email<br \/>\nabout all the different activities and<br \/>\nand how they&#8217;re doing uh within mia<br \/>\nprovo and then all of that is obviously<br \/>\nreflected uh within the live dashboard<br \/>\nview here as well as the kanban board<br \/>\nwhere you can see across the various<br \/>\nstates where this column here is the<br \/>\ncolumn that gets uh<br \/>\ntriggered from adobe where you can see<br \/>\nall the different alerts and all of<br \/>\nthose things within there so great<br \/>\nquestion there<br \/>\ncan it raise some kind of alarm if<br \/>\nsomeone uh adds a new activity without<br \/>\nan end date um yes um<br \/>\nwithout an end date uh so we highlight<br \/>\nthat that&#8217;s a great question so<br \/>\nwe automatically<br \/>\nwe automatically import activities if<br \/>\nthey&#8217;re live and they don&#8217;t meet the<br \/>\nparticular thresholds uh but let me jump<br \/>\nover to this account here but this<br \/>\ncalendar view<br \/>\nthis calendar view is based off of the<br \/>\nactivity dates uh configured within the<br \/>\nadobe target activity so<br \/>\num this first is if there&#8217;s got a preset<br \/>\nsample uh preset date which none of my<br \/>\nactivities do but the evergreen<br \/>\nactivities represent that there&#8217;s no uh<br \/>\nend date and so you would see that here<br \/>\nin this particular view of the calendar<br \/>\num<br \/>\nyou can also create a field within the<br \/>\nticket uh as well but you can see here<br \/>\nthe evergreens do not have an end date<br \/>\num if we also have the under development<br \/>\nperiod of time which is back to the end<br \/>\nof the under development ticket window<br \/>\num<br \/>\nso to answer your question you get<br \/>\nvisibility into that but we don&#8217;t have<br \/>\nan op on alert if it doesn&#8217;t have an end<br \/>\ndate it&#8217;s something we can easily add<br \/>\nthough because we have that information<br \/>\nif you needed to be notified<br \/>\ncan it map activities to a user yes<br \/>\nabsolutely so that&#8217;s this is something<br \/>\nthat we do so mia provo um the live<br \/>\ndashboard as well as the kanban viewed<br \/>\nand the program overview<br \/>\nit&#8217;s all about managing your efforts in<br \/>\nadobe target or data from adobe<br \/>\nanalytics and coupling it with your your<br \/>\norganizational metadata so you had a<br \/>\nquestion about the live dashboard and<br \/>\nwho the<br \/>\num<br \/>\nmanaging by who who created it so these<br \/>\nare the fields you get from adobe i<br \/>\nhighlighted this in the in the original<br \/>\nvideo about the priority<br \/>\nactivity name last modified all that<br \/>\ngood stuff these are other things from<br \/>\nadobe whether it&#8217;s a for t not a for t<br \/>\nwhat type of activity is this is mia<br \/>\nprova uh because mia provo allows for<br \/>\nmultiple sources to contribute to what<br \/>\nshows up in the live dashboard your<br \/>\nquestion though about who started it yes<br \/>\nso um all of these activities the ones<br \/>\nthat are not yellow<br \/>\nhaven&#8217;t have a ticket associated with it<br \/>\nand we call those programs so you can<br \/>\ncreate<br \/>\nany dimension that you want and<br \/>\ncustomize these any which way that you&#8217;d<br \/>\nlike we import them from jira we&#8217;ve got<br \/>\na really super awesome integration with<br \/>\nworkfront coming that will automatically<br \/>\nimport them<br \/>\nbut here&#8217;s an example of where companies<br \/>\nare including product managers users you<br \/>\nknow other different dimensions a lot of<br \/>\ncompanies are doing like um<br \/>\nidea source so really any organizational<br \/>\nmetadata that you&#8217;d like to include<br \/>\nincluding the<br \/>\ncreator can absolutely be used you can<br \/>\nfilter on it within here you can also<br \/>\nfilter on that within the kanban board<br \/>\nacross all of the different various<br \/>\nstates uh and then you can actually<br \/>\ngenerate graphs reporting around the um<br \/>\nthe count uh of users as as well that<br \/>\nare creating particular activities so uh<br \/>\nthank
