very excited to report some<br \/>\nproduct enhancements that took place<br \/>\nover the weekend and so this video is<br \/>\nfor today monday august 22nd 2022.<br \/>\nuh we&#8217;ve made some various improvements<br \/>\nin terms of how we&#8217;re going to be<br \/>\nrolling out these communications because<br \/>\nwe do roll out quite a bit of features a<br \/>\ncouple times a month sometimes more than<br \/>\nthat we&#8217;ve got some really exciting<br \/>\nfeatures coming up that we&#8217;re going to<br \/>\nmake sure that the our community as well<br \/>\nas the adobe target community are well<br \/>\naware of here are the updates for this<br \/>\nweek<br \/>\nfirst one ui updates on the ideas lab so<br \/>\ni&#8217;m going to be jumping around mia<br \/>\nprobably here really quick to show you<br \/>\nthis so this is our ideas lab we made<br \/>\nvarious improvements to make it easier<br \/>\nto kind of prioritize uh different ideas<br \/>\nby labels uh move it over to here to<br \/>\nthis kind of pre-test ticket queue so we<br \/>\nmade various improvements there we also<br \/>\nfixed a minor css bug in here for uh one<br \/>\nof our clients had a very very lengthy<br \/>\nlabel name these are different labels<br \/>\nwithin here<br \/>\nbut we also built on making it easier to<br \/>\ncreate a ticket directly from uh this<br \/>\nidea lab where you just go right in<br \/>\ncreate a particular ticket the test<br \/>\nhypothesis moves automatically over<br \/>\nthere you can also update what program<br \/>\nis being applied that sort of thing<br \/>\nmakes it very very easy so that was a<br \/>\ncool enhancement that we rolled out<br \/>\nnext we added adobe target audiences and<br \/>\nadobe target offers to program fields so<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re going to be expanding on our<br \/>\nknowledge library and we&#8217;re going to<br \/>\nmake it public so so people can learn<br \/>\nmore about our<br \/>\nsolutions so<br \/>\non the live dashboard we&#8217;ve been doing<br \/>\nthis for for several months now we had a<br \/>\ngood suggestion from a customer uh to<br \/>\napply in<br \/>\naudiences and offers so now on our live<br \/>\ndashboard not only do we provide like<br \/>\nthat quick insight in terms of how the<br \/>\ntest is doing as well as real-time<br \/>\nreporting and a default day over day<br \/>\ngraph<br \/>\nof what&#8217;s going on um you can see the<br \/>\naudience that&#8217;s being used and what mbox<br \/>\nis is is you know using that particular<br \/>\naudience very very similar to the swim<br \/>\nlane management view that is very<br \/>\npopular<br \/>\nbut we brought it up on a proactivity<br \/>\nlevel and what we wanted to do is based<br \/>\noff of customer feedback is give<br \/>\norganizations the ability to manage this<br \/>\ndata across their various me approva<br \/>\nprograms<br \/>\nfor those of you not familiar with<br \/>\nprograms mia provo offers lots of<br \/>\ndifferent ways to customize the intake<br \/>\nof the different<br \/>\ntest requests that come in<br \/>\nand so organizations will customize this<br \/>\nany which way that they&#8217;d like we<br \/>\nprovide full functionality based off of<br \/>\nany type of<br \/>\nyou know field and field type that you<br \/>\ncan imagine so we provide a default<br \/>\ntemplate here mia provo default and that<br \/>\nhas it the adobe target audiences as<br \/>\nwell as offers but i&#8217;ll jump down to a a<br \/>\ndifferent uh ticket that&#8217;s or different<br \/>\nprogram and so you can see some of the<br \/>\nbuilt-in different types within here so<br \/>\ni&#8217;ll just add in audiences add in that<br \/>\nfield and so you can see we&#8217;re quickly<br \/>\nadding it there<br \/>\ni&#8217;ll go ahead and quickly add in adobe<br \/>\ntarget offers which is nice and so<br \/>\nwhat&#8217;s very helpful here especially in<br \/>\nfinance<br \/>\nfor regulatory reasons they want to keep<br \/>\ntrack of everything now when they<br \/>\narchive an activity within mia provo uh<br \/>\nalong with the data that&#8217;ll be a<br \/>\npermanent record created we&#8217;ll also<br \/>\ncreate a record of the audiences that<br \/>\nwere being used and any of the offer<br \/>\ncode we are we already did this but now<br \/>\nwe put this in the ui to make it a<br \/>\nlittle bit easier for organizations to<br \/>\nmanage so simply do that<br \/>\nnow whenever that<br \/>\nprogram is used and tied to an activity<br \/>\nboom it&#8217;ll automatically have that data<br \/>\nwith it<br \/>\nuh we had a small bug fix uh so mia<br \/>\nprova as you know does a lot of awesome<br \/>\nreporting<br \/>\nand alerts based off of different things<br \/>\nand so<br \/>\nwe also allow organizations to limit<br \/>\nwhat activities show up for management<br \/>\nwithin mia proba and so you can see here<br \/>\nyou can disable certain report suites<br \/>\nespecially if all if your a for t<br \/>\nconfiguration has many report suites<br \/>\nwithin it um but we were still alerting<br \/>\nfor some of the different alerts we we<br \/>\nsent out a couple emails um by way of<br \/>\nour notifications as well as aggregate<br \/>\nalerts when when different things happen<br \/>\nand and some of these were triggered<br \/>\nfrom activities that were disabled<br \/>\nwithin mia provo but we were still doing<br \/>\nthat back-end alerting so we disabled<br \/>\nthat service because it made sense if<br \/>\nyou want to disable the service that<br \/>\nmeans the alerts as well which is cool<br \/>\nuh we also had some various<br \/>\narchitectural and performance<br \/>\nenhancements<br \/>\nmy engineering team which way smarter<br \/>\nthan i can speak to details about that<br \/>\nbut i understand they were pretty<br \/>\nsignificant and they took some time but<br \/>\nuh we&#8217;re very very happy with the<br \/>\noutcome of that and<br \/>\nusers should see that in the<br \/>\nusing the platform as well uh last two<br \/>\nthings here uh i&#8217;ll actually come with<br \/>\nthis one really quick and then jump to<br \/>\nthis one at the end because i think this<br \/>\none&#8217;s pretty exciting so um<br \/>\nperfect i&#8217;m here so our notifications we<br \/>\nsend out notifications based off of<br \/>\nevents or alerts or things along those<br \/>\nlines um historically mia provo reported<br \/>\nyou know<br \/>\ncalled its tickets like tests so if you<br \/>\nsubmit a ticket you&#8217;re submitting a test<br \/>\nrequest if a test request moved to under<br \/>\ndevelopment or awaiting summary that was<br \/>\ndifferent events that would happen<br \/>\num<br \/>\nwe had some discussions talked to some<br \/>\nclients so we&#8217;ve rebranded that to be<br \/>\nticket created i think it makes a lot of<br \/>\nsense um you know a ticket was moved to<br \/>\na submitted state that sort of thing<br \/>\nso we made some updates there uh the<br \/>\nlast thing i want to report on very<br \/>\nquickly is<br \/>\nan update to the awaitings final summary<br \/>\nso let me just clear all the filters<br \/>\nhere um i should update this we we have<br \/>\nthe functionality persist filters that<br \/>\nwas recently added uh uh some time ago<br \/>\nuh but on this particular state and you<br \/>\ncan actually update and see this state<br \/>\nwithin here<br \/>\nto do so this is the status board or<br \/>\nkanban board which gives you a wider<br \/>\nview and everything but i&#8217;ll jump back<br \/>\ninto here<br \/>\nwe added this new filter so in this<br \/>\nstate this is where those tickets live<br \/>\nwhen<br \/>\nactivities have been recently launched<br \/>\nor there they&#8217;ve recently come down or<br \/>\nthey they just haven&#8217;t been um<br \/>\nthe learning hasn&#8217;t been applied to it<br \/>\nand so some of our clients had some<br \/>\nbacklog uh here you you know with a few<br \/>\ndozen tickets that that haven&#8217;t been<br \/>\narchived um and so in talking with them<br \/>\nwe wanted to make it easier to filter on<br \/>\nthat so activities that are on that or<br \/>\nif activities have recently ended you<br \/>\nmight want to prioritize uh working on<br \/>\nuh getting those particular activities<br \/>\narchived uh and then we also have the<br \/>\nability if there&#8217;s no activity that is<br \/>\npaired with it you can easily access<br \/>\nthat as well uh which we highlight as<br \/>\nyellow which makes it easier to say okay<br \/>\nthese tickets are out there<br \/>\nand they haven&#8217;t been associated with a<br \/>\nparticular activity at this time so<br \/>\nthank you we&#8217;ll have a lot more updates<br \/>\nto come and if there&#8217;s any questions let<br \/>\nus know and as always if there&#8217;s any<br \/>\nfeatures or functionality to be helpful<br
