Management.\u00a0 The webinar was a great opportunity for us to share Test Management best practices that we&#8217;ve consolidated into what is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miaprova.com\">MiaProva<\/a> quite a bit of content in this short webinar but at a high level, here is what we shared&#8230;.<\/p>\n<h1>Common challenges to scaling testing programs<\/h1>\n<p>We talked quickly as to some of the reasons why we started MiaProva and they center around the\u00a0<strong>common challenges<\/strong> organizations face with their testing programs.\u00a0 At a high level, these are some of those challenges:<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<p>&#8211; Organizations struggle to keep up with the <b>demand for testing<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; <b>Limited organizational visibility<\/b> into test prioritization and state<br \/>\n&#8211; Very <b>limited knowledge base<\/b> of past test learnings<br \/>\n&#8211; High redundancy in testing the same concept<br \/>\n&#8211; Lack of understanding of <b>test impact to organizational KPIs<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; <b>Difficult to promote testing best practices<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in a large organization<br \/>\n&#8211; Lack of <b>high quality, impactful test idea<\/b> <b>pipelines<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; <b>Many different tools<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> being used to manage intake and outtake of tests<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>MiaProva components that help solve for scaling<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-151\" dove into the tools we use to enable MiaProva to do its magic.\u00a0 Testing is hard and running a testing program is even harder so we put together many things to make the management and the scaling of tests easier.<\/p>\n<p>Among them is the heavy use of Adobe APIs, integration services that enable organizations to make use of internal and other external tools, a mobile APP, and numerous processes to streamline and provide visibility into test workflows.<\/p>\n<p>We also incorporate a significant amount of automation into testing programs by way of notifications and alerts.\u00a0 As part of the streamlined workflow, we provide immediate notifications to relevant stakeholders based on events within the workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Alerts provide users with peace of mind as we will alert end users to issues around test results such as a lack of conversions or tests visitors, negative results, or code conflict.\u00a0 We also alert end users for good things too such as sample sizes being hit and positive lift.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Streamlined End-to-End Testing Process<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-152 aligncenter\" title=\"MiaProva Streamlined Workflow\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miaprova.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/streamlined-process.png\" alt=\"MiaProva Streamlined Workflow\" width=\"987\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lastly, we dove into some of our secret sauce that makes MiaProva great for testing programs.\u00a0 We walked through the end to end test workflow within MiaProva.\u00a0 Each of the above sections has strategic best practices and during the webinar we dove into some of them.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially, ten plus years of seeing what works and what doesn&#8217;t is what is used in MiaProva and its workflow.\u00a0 We also highlighted how we incorporate user permissioning into this whole process.\u00a0 MiaProva is made for the broader organization and not just for the testing
